What we did

  • User experience design and experience mapping workshop to support startups in bringing user needs into their creation process

Our creative design workshops focus on enhancing the value of experience design. It is especially critical for the startup world, where shaping the products or services towards the user needs can have a difference between ultimate success or failure.

Design process

During our creative workshops we use tools and methodologies developed specifically for our discovery sessions. These include Discovery Canvas and Audience Analysis sheet, which allow us to get to the core of identifying the user types, their demographics and psychographics, as well as what, why, when, and where - details and situations in which the users would use the product or service.

Our impact

The startups participating in the workshop were supported by the Tech4Impact initiative, aiming to bring positive impact and supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Some of the startups focused on clean water initiatives, others on sustainable cities, impact investing, or making affortable and durable X-ray device for emerging communities.

Yellow Umbrella’s ultimate goal is to support the success of these initiatives from the beginning that can lead to a direct impact for communities in need and the environment.
